PT Count Down: 154 Days

WOD: (AM) Run / (PM) Run, CrossFit

Ok, I need these last few weeks to fly by.  So I'm going to buckle down and work out, work out, & work out.  I really think that will help me in a couple of ways.  First, it will make my time fly by.  Second, it will help me get some of this weight BACK off.  I have done a horrible job when it comes to my eating and I need to be better.  I should be a busy May.  Let's go!!!  (36 DAYS TO GO!!!)

Glad to hear you are going hard in May. That will encourage me to do the same. Even if your not eating the best you need to do the hard workout to keep your head straight during the next 4+ weeks, exercise is good for the soul. Had a good time on the desert, needed it. I will post more tomorrow because I haven't weighed in yet and I like doing that in the morning. I haven't sent you the diet sheet because the printer is not working again so I can't scan it. The only things I was eating was fruit, veggies, nuts (no Peanuts) and meat for protein. For the three weeks there was not sugar (including honey, corn syrup etc), no processed foods. He took me off any corn, potatoes, rice, vinigar, wheat and all dairy. I could take Whey Protein with artificial sweetners. I am still following the diet except for those 2 cheat day and have never felt better than I do now. With the adjustments, acupuncture, natural vitamins and diet the pain and the swell in better than I could ever have expected. It sound crazy but after riding the wheeler for two extreamly hard day I only hurt in the old places I've hurt in forever. The hands took a beating and with a little stiffness and slight swelling in the morning this is something I can life with. I have not taken my Humera for 3 weeks to see if I can get off this junk medicine. love ya and hang in there, your almost home
