Bad Case of the Jog/Walk...

Well with my little situation I decided I would cut my running route in half and see if I could get through it which I did.  It just wasn't at the intensity I would have liked.  I guess a injury is a injury and I will have to cut back and let it heal.  I was pretty happy that I could jog for about the first 2 miles but it was at a slower pace.  I am taking it easy until it feels better to run on.  If I have to walk my route I will so I can stay active.  Now I really have to watch what I am eating with cutting back my mileage until I'm all healed up.  The GOOD NEWS is I got my new Pearl's in the mail.  I wonder if my previous CRUSHED shoes had anything to do with my injury.  Could be.  I got in 3.39 miles this morning.  One more day of exercise for the week.  STAY FOCUSED!!!

Mileage- 72.65 miles
