Well my running week finally came to a close and I am pretty proud that I got in all 6 runs this week. That is a rarity anymore. But everything came together or should I say that I didn't let my laziness get the better of me this week and I produced a pretty good week. I'm happy that it is a 3 day weekend and we get a little extra time together as a family. June is coming really fast and I don't want to think about it just yet. So all the time I get with my family is a bonus. I got in 5.8 miles on the treadmill tonight. I really think that spending some time on the treadmill will make me faster. Plus I sweat a ton more when running indoors so hopefully it will help me drop more weight. Well I'm off to relax for the rest of the night and enjoy my day off from running tomorrow.
