Back to the Treadmill....

I have come to the decision that I'm going to run indoors for a little while.  I don't think that I will ever conquer this cough if I keep running in the cold air every morning.  So with that said I will head over to the gym probably through the beginning of March.  At least that is the plan as of right now.  I think that I push myself harder on the treadmill anyways.  I have always thought that.  It is easier for me to do speed work on the treadmill and keep track of what I am doing more so than gauging my pace out on the road.  I need to pick up my speed anyways and this will be a good way to do that.  Plus there is nobody at the gym at 4AM so that is a bonus.  I also love the Life Fitness treadmills at the gym.  I got in 5.73 miles this morning.  One more day of running to go this week.  Good times!!

STATS FOR JANUARY:

Weight-  267.8 lbs (274.4)  I ate Heather's enchilada's last night and I can control myself with those baddies.
Mileage-  47.87 miles

I know I do way to much treadmill running but at least I am running. I felt really bad the last two days so no walk. I am typing this on your moms new lap top in a motel in Vernal. We needed to get away for a few days so here we are. Give us a call if you get a chance. Keep up the good work. love ya dad
