My legs feels like mush running on the treadmill. I think that my body is just trying to adjust to running on the treadmill again and it is a tough time. I want to put in longer intervals but my body just doesn't have it in it right now. I know I need to listen to my body and back off for a while BUT my mind doesn't want to. I wish one of these years I will learn to not slack off and lose the endurance I have built up. Because it goes away quick and it is a pain in the ass to get back!! Anyways I will keep plodding along and get those miles in NO MATTER how long it takes me. I got in 5.38 miles this morning. Run, run run...
