Well I got in another run after work and it wasn't too bad. Now that I have my replacement doing most of my job I get stuck at the desk doing paperwork more often. That means my legs aren't too tired to run in the afternoons. I just need to stop being lazy and run when I can. That is what it comes down to. I'm still working on not replacing exercise with excuses. One more run for the week and I will reached my goal of six days this week. It will be a first for January. I've been a slacker. I got in 5.34 miles today which puts me over the century mark for this month. I will be short of my 125 mile goal but I'm happy with what I've accomplished this month. I hope to find out my exact PT test date next week. I have to wait for the Squadron to put out the sign up roster for April. I want to test before 10 April. I'm looking forward to February!
