Well I woke up at 4AM this morning to go run but my body wasn't having it. So I went from my bed downstairs and fell asleep on the couch. I decided that I could get my daily run in in the afternoon. I am always a little nervous about doing that because I really don't know how I will feel after work. But today worked out in my favor and I headed off to the gym to get in my run. It was a pretty good run but my legs are still jell-o at the moment. I will keep plugging away until I get back in my rhythm. I got in 6.09 miles this afternoon and I am looking forward to my day off this weekend. I don't even know if I will get out of bed. Good times!

Your are amazing to be able to keep adding to your goal of 100+ miles with everything you have been thru the last while. I need some of your drive. Keep up the good work. I don't know why we work so hard to get in shape that we just don't do the maintenance needed to just stay in that shape. Just crazy love ya dad
