Well today was the dreaded leg day.  I almost talked myself out of it BUT I followed through.  Not too much going on besides trying to make the gym a habit still.  At least going to the gym each day makes my week fly by.  Until next time...

Cardio - 35 minutes
Smith Machine Squats - 3x10 (3x140)
Machine Leg Press - 3x10 (400, 420, 440)
DB Lunges - 3x10 (3x20 DB)
Stiff Leg BB deadlift combo - 3x10 (3x110)
Machine Leg Curl - 3x10 (140, 145, 155)
Seated Calf Raises - 3x10 (180, 180, 160)
Lying Calf Raises - 3x10, 20, 30 (3x250)
Cardio - 30 minute
 
Only I stand in my way of achieving my goals.

Glad so see you staying with it. Keep it up and don't let anything discourage you. Time for you is going slow but for me it has went fast. When you get home we'll decide if you want to come to the Prison, the Gym here in Gunnison or Snow Colleget to get your workout in. I wish I had a treadmill at home. Besides not having a working one I have no place to put one right now. Keep up the good work. I did post a long winded post. love ya
