Hang in there son, you are getting close to coming home. I can't imagine how the days must be dragging for you. Your family has been sick but I think they are on the mend now. The girls were looking forward to helping to put up the tree. Being sick they were not that excited. We will finish decorating this weekend. I am getting the shot in my back tomorrow. I don't have a lot of faith that it will do any good, but Dr. Call wants to give it a try. If it can give me some relief so I can get back to doing some running it will be worthwhile. Do what you can with the eating and don't beat yourself up when you over eat. I think you are doing exceptionally well. Hang in there and this will all be over soon. love ya
