Onward and Upward...
I had a good run this morning. I felt kinda bad though, I scared the crap out of this guy during my run. He was trudging up the hill that I was running down and he wasn't paying attention and when I got right by him he let out a scream and kinda went into the fetal position while running. I don't know how else to describe it. After I made sure he was fine I continued on my way with a little laugh. I guess having someone who is 6'3" & 275 lbs appear out of nowhere can be pretty scary in the dark at 0430 in the morning. I got in 5.21 miles this morning and it was a better run than Monday that's for sure. Happy Running Everyone!!

Hey big bully quit scaring the other runners. I have had that experience before, like coming around a blind corner to a face to face with someone. Usually scare the crap out of both parties. You had a good week last week. Keep it up and you will get to where you want to be. love ya dad I posted
