New Week...
I'm looking to have a good fitness week this week. I will focus on taking it one day at a time and doing something everyday. My run today was tough. When I walked out the door and started running it felt like I was running for the first time ever. It just hurt and it felt awkward. I did quite a bit of walking and running when I could but the positive thing I took away from a very forgettable run was I did it. I got out there and I got it done. Tomorrow morning will be the same thing. I will step foot out that door and MAKE IT HAPPEN. I got in 5.28 miles this morning and it was worth it. Until next time...

Sucks that as much as we run, we still have runs like that. Keep it up and you will have more good runs that bad. YOu are getting in some great mileage. The bace you are putting in is what you need for your marathon. I posted. Keep it up. love ya dad
