HAPPY BIRTHDAY BILLY!!

Happy Birthday Billy!! I wish I could call and tell you that but our Vonage sucks really bad right now so this will have to do. It seems like the first day back after being off for a few days is always the hardest run for me. And that was the case this morning when I went for my so called run. It also didn't help that I decided to add in some push ups and sit ups last night. I always do too much too fast. I need to just get used to running again. It is amazing how much stamina you lose is just three weeks. I weighed in at 258.6 lbs. today. At least I am heading in the right direction once again. I hope to stay headed in that direction for the year and meet my weight loss goals. I ran/ walked 5.15 miles, burned 717 calories, I went for 56 minutes. Even though the run sucked supremely bad I still got out the door and got in a workout. Be consistent! Until next time...

I guess I am more of a Rhino than a Gazelle. But Rhino's can be quick. Glad you gutted it out for your run. Just Run love ya dad What size pull over shirts are you wearing?

I'm more of a dinosaur like gigatosaurus. I lose a lot when I stop my working out. That is why it is so hard for me to get started again. Just keep going and move ahead. Love ya man!

Dad I normally wear XL or XXL depending on the shirts. I know that not every workout we put in is going to feel like our best workout ever. Those are the ones that we need to push through and find some positives that came out of them. Love ya both!!
