Running Totals for 24 Jan 10

Well since I didn't run yesterday I thought I needed to hit the streets tonight to make up for it. Since I only got in 25.24 miles last week I feel like I have cheated myself the past couple of weeks only putting in 25 miles. So I will kick it up this week and get in my 30+ miles to reach my 120 mile goal for the month. Starting Feb. 1st it is time to get serious about losing this weight and eating healthier. Tonight's run wasn't so bad but it wasn't great either. I ran 6.4 miles, burned 892 calories and it took me 71 minutes. Happy Running! Until next time...

Glad you got in your 30. My mileage sucks, but will get better. They are doing the Gunnison Marathon in April. I am thinking about making that my 30th marathon. I is only 3 weeks between it and Ogden. We will see. They also have a half but how can I pass up a local marathon in April. A 6 hours burn, we will see. love ya dad
