Running Totals for 20 Jan 10
Well I was going to get another run in tonight but I think that might be over doing it just a little bit so I will stick with my one run from this morning. It's still early in the new year running season and one run a day right now is plenty. My weight this morning was 259.4, so at least I am back in the 250's. At least until I weigh tomorrow morning. I am trying something new tomorrow. I am going to prepare all my meals for the next three days. That way I take out the guess work of what I will be eating. I think preparation will be key to staying away from the junk. This morning I got in a 6.25 mile run/walk. It was a VERY nice day today, in the low 70's. So needless to say I was dying of heat while I was running but it felt so good. I burned 1,015 calories during my run and it took me 74 minutes to complete. It was good to get outside in the sunshine and run for once. Normally I run at night so it was a nice change of pace. JUST RUN. Until next time...

I think we need to get used to doing the 30 miles a week for awhile then move on up. I have a Ogden marathon in the middle of May so I will need to start doing long run pretty soon. Tue. and Wed. I got in zero running. I will write why tomorrow. Keep up the good work. Just Run love ya dad
