Totals for 29 & 30 Mar 2010

Just a quickie post to say I finally got some running in the past couple of days. The exercise is finally over which is always a good thing now hopefully we can get back to some sort of normalcy. It's sad that "regular" is 12 hour shifts with no other expectations. Anyways, yesterday I ran 6 miles & burned 825 calories and today I ran 5.75 miles and burned 880 calories. It is amazing how many more calories you burn when it is windy outside and you have to run against the wind. I hope to get back on a better schedule with working out now. Until next time...

My work schedule is not my problem with working out, but I can see where it could be. I go thru stage were I just don't want to work out, but this is not the case here. My breathing sucks. I got a Kenalog shot last Tues. the 23rd and another one yesterday. I work up this morning feel more human. My breathing is already 50% better. I hope it keep improving. I hope you can get back on a good workout schedule. I like this new motto: No Excuses, Just Run. love ya dad
