Totals for 15 Mar 2010

Well I think I need to stop making goals for myself and just work out when I can. Because every time I try to make a goal it doesn't happen. So we are trying to salvage the month and maybe, just maybe get in some good mileage to finish out the month. I can't do anything about the past so I just need to look forward and try to get better from here. I need to realize that life happens and I am not always going to get to do what I want especially during a very busy month that includes 12 hour shifts, preparing for a base exercise towards the end of the month, and every other little thing that can possibly take away from my work out time. These months happen and I need to do what I can do, when I can do it. Today I got in 10.28 miles and I burned 1,497 calories. I hope that tomorrow I can duplicate these numbers and keep it going for a week straight. We will see. Until next time...

You need to do what you can do. As you said life is full of curve balls. Like you I have pretty much given up on the goal thing. Work out when you can. Eat right when you feel like it. I do need to get on some type of track soon because I am going down hill fast. love ya dad
