Running Totals for 24 Aug 09
Well here we are on my last week of running or should I say my last half week of running because after Wednesday's run I will be finished until I get back to Okinawa. I think that it will be a good break from running and give my legs a little time to recuperate BUT a week and a half might be a little bit much. Regardless it will be a nice break, I will just have to watch what I am eating during that time. I didn't weigh today because the scale it broke once again but I still have some weight to lose when I get home to Oki. Today I ran 11.11 miles, burned 1,953 calories, and I ran for 106 minutes. I will break the 650 mile goal which I am pleased with. I hope everyone had a great weekend and I can't wait until this week is over. Until next time...

I glad that you are finally winding down. I know you are excited about getting home. I think the rest will do you good. It might seem like a long time but your body needs it and you will come back even stronger. I started posting my workouts on my blog because you will be away for awhile. Mom and I are so happy this is finally ending for you and your family. love ya dad
Hopefully I will have Internet while I travel at the places we will be laying over. That way I can check in on your blog while I am going back around the world. It is so stupid that we have to travel all the way back around the world when we are actually not that far away from Japan being here. But it is what it is. I hope your workouts are going good.
