Running Totals for 8 May 09
My internet sucks so I need to make this quick and post my totals for today. I ran 5.21 miles, burned 1105 Calories in 59:59. I am really pissed that I am paying for this crappy internet. I hope everything is going good with everyone. I will post a longer one tomorrow hopefully if the internet cooperates a little more. Until next time...

Hi, just a quick note. We did the Torch Run today. I rode my bike instead of running, alot easier on me with the marathon next Sat. I ran after I got home for 5.25 miles which took 60 minute and burned 938 calories. Been a good day. Keep up the good work. love ya dad
You got double the workout that I did if you rode your bike for the torch run and then ran. Saturday is my no run day and Sundays will be my long run day.
