Running Totals for 20 May 09
Well this won't be a very long post because it is almost 10AM and I am normally asleep by now. I was talking to my Heather a little longer than I normally do in the morning. I love having Skype and the Air Force I.M. so that we can stay in touch everyday and I can see Heather's and my girls faces. My run today was a pretty good run but I think my legs are pretty tired. They feel really heavy when I start out my run but after about 30 minutes they feel great. I guess we will see what happens. My totals for today are as follows: I ran 5.73 miles, burned 1153 calories, and I ran for 64 minutes. It was a very good run and I am half way done with this week already. This really helps the time go by quicker here. Well I hope everyone is doing great and I really miss you all. Until next time...

I hope you are getting enough sleep, it's so important for recuperation, you know that though. No workout for me Tuesday, I felt drained after my days work, so went home and laid on the couch. Went to bed at nine. I feel a little better this morning, legs sore but not quite as bad. People here at work think I am crazy. I have been looking for another marathon to do next month. Probably Utah Valley which starts at the top of Provo Canyon above Vivan Park(where we ran the half), to Utah Lake State Park to a Park in Provo. It's on the 13th of June. I am also doing a Century Ride in Panquitch, Utah(100mile bicycle ride), on August 22nd. I don't know if all this is because I am turning 60 this year but whatever it is, but I am sure motivated. On July 18th Doc Burnham, Bret McCall and I are running my Timpanogos 50k trail run. I just need to stay healthy through all this. Can't wait to get back to running with you. love ya dad

Hey Bro, it's good to see you on here. My time is going by pretty quickly. The running helps because I work, run, and sleep. And somewhere in there I eat. I hope things are good for you and your family. Love Brandon
