WOD: Long Run
Today I officially start my one month count down. It will be good to be inside a month until I go home. I'm really looking forward to that day. It's been a very lazy Saturday. I've ate like garbage but I didn't talk myself out of going for my base perimeter run. So I guess that's something. I'm ready to start another week, bring on Monday already! Until next time...
