Hello August...

Well let's get started!  I have set a lofty goal for August.  I want to run 200 miles this month.  I know it sounds crazy but I thought it through and it works out to be 7.4 miles a day with Sundays off.  I will take it one day at a time and see what happens.  I mean, I have the time to do it so barring an injury I should get it done.  Today is in the books and I'm off to a good start.  JUST RUN...FAR!!!

WORKOUTS:
Push Ups - 100
Sit Ups - 100
Cardio (Morning) - 30 minutes
Cardio (Afternoon) - 65 minutes
Cool down Cardio (Afternoon) - 29 minutes (Walk from work to my dorm)

NO EXCUSES!!!

I have ran a 200 mile month before. It most likely left me a mess. It is doable if you get the sleep you need to help with the recovery. Take it easy and make it fun. love ya
