Back in Daegu for the Weekend...

Well after a quick trip up to Suwon & Osan we are back in Daegu.  We headed up to Osan to say goodbye to one of the guys we work with at 7th Air Force.  It wouldn't have been so bad if Osan Communications would do their jobs and fix the Internet up at Suwon.  It's frustrating but nothing we can do about it.  So this post will cover the last couple of days.  I got in my two runs yesterday and two more runs today.  I'm taking it easy and getting in walk breaks during my runs so I don't burn out or hurt myself.  I want to be smart about this 200 miles.  I really don't mind staying at Suwon because the Army is there and they have a Chow Hall that's pretty good and cheap.  It's fairly close to our billeting there and the gym is close too.  So not a bad set up when we go up there.

Looking good for your first 50 miles week. Glad your adding in walking breaks to give the bod a rest from the repitation,ms. I am still trying to figure things out, but they are getting better all the time. love ya
