Totals for 22 Nov 2010
Well I was a slacker last week and only got in 3 days of running which isn't good. Plus my eating habits fell off when I wasn't working out. I wonder if the two have something to do with each other. Hhmmm.... Well I am out to do better this week. I got in 9 totals miles today. Three miles at PT this morning and 6 miles tonight after work. I am pretty sure I burned over a thousand calories. I weighed in at 280.6 lbs this morning which is disappointing because I gained a half pound. I WILL do better this week, my health depends on it. Until next time...

Have you started eating like the book says yet. Mom and I are doing small steps. Our morning meal is only fruit. That is all I eat until 11:00 11;30 or so. Dr. Oz says to take a calcium and a fish oil at the end of the 3 meal with a cup of green tea. I know you don't drink tea but you could do the other 2. It is susposed to help with digestion and block fat absorbion(ms). Post some of the stuff on your blog what you are doing to control you eating this time of year. Bill said he would start posting again. Lets stick with it. love ya dad Be consistent.
I try to stick to the FIT FOR LIFE way of eating as much as I can. I eat fruit in the morning. Then I come home for lunch and eat a veggie sandwich which I love. (2 slices of 12 grain bread toasted, cucumbers, tomatoes, avacadoes, lettuce, and mustard). I love this sandwich. Then for dinner I try to eat sensible. I try to incorperate high water content foods into dinner along with some meat (skinless chicken breast or fish mainly) We've been looking into vegetarian meals more and more. I have a hard time drinking juice because I love water. But I try to make it work the best that I can. Only time will tell. Us Mo's can drink herbal tea by the way. LoL. Love ya and keep it up.
