Totals 09 Nov 2010
Well day 2 is under my belt and I am kinda sore today. I have been taking it easy with the weight lifting so I can still walk around. I think with the running and the weight lifting, I will be sore regardless. I just need to work through it this week and hopefully by next week the soreness will start to go away. I got in 4.86 miles and I lifted for an hour. It's hard to start my new eating program right now because I am still on leave. It will take off next week when I get back to work and things get back to normal around here. Until next time...

Keep up the good work. It will get easier. Take the eating a little bit at a time. I lost one of those 3 pounds that I gained. Eating better and a couple of workout does the trick. You motivated me to workout yesterday. thanks love ya dad
