Well today was a killer workout day. I am still not finished with my 200 push ups but then again I am about to head to work and in the 6 hours I have at work I only have to knock out 80 more. Easy peasy! I spent my workout time tonight at the gym because I had to get in a weights workout, one of three for the week. It went pretty good because it went quick. I also got in a 30 minute interval training run and then another 30 minute run on the treadmill run after my lifting session. My totals for today was 5.59 miles and I burned 1,026 calories during my run portion of the workout. My lifting session went as follows:
Week 1:
(all are one set of 20 reps)
-Leg Press
-Seated Calf Raises
-Chest Press Machine
-Roman Chair
-Smith Machine Upright Row
-Lat Pulldowns
-Machine Bicep Curls
-Tricep Extension Machine
-Shoulder Press Machine
-Ab Machine
Like I said it went pretty quick which was great. As the weeks go on I will do more sets but for the time being it is only 1 set. Now all I have to do is ride my bike to work *sigh* I know it will be worth it in the long run. Until next time...
