44 Days until Mid Tour

Why do I work out?
What keeps me motivated to work out?
Do I like being fat?
Why do I eat like I do?
Why am I lazy?
Why do I keep sabotaging myself with FOOD after I work so hard to get to a decent weight?

Just some of the questions running through my head this morning as I stepped on the scale.  All I can do is shake my head and have these questions constantly searing themselves into my brain.  Very disappointed today.

Don't beat yourself up to bad. You have alot on your plate. With you being in Korea, your family and the time of year being Christmas and all. I think you are doing exceptionally well. I know losing weight and keeping it off is one of your major goals. I know I am not you, but if I were you I would keep working my ass off with the workouts ( to help with my sanity) and for the next while eat what you want, then hit is hard while you are home and your last 4 month in Korea. I plan on working out with you as much as I can while you are home. At least this way you won't lose any fitness. Might gain a few pounds but you know how to get that off. Just an idea. We are over the bug and the house is all decorated. Bad thing is the furnace quit working Sunday morning. Todd Mortensen, Leons son is coming over today to check it out, and we will see what the damage is. love ya
