Well I wrapped up my week with a run. That makes 6 in a row of 60 minute runs. I haven't did that in awhile. I will have to keep it up because my weight seems to be pretty consistent at 255 lbs. As long as I'm getting in my workouts that number shouldn't creep up... I hope. I hope everyone has a great weekend. Until next time...
