September Start Weight: 249 lbs.

Well after a week off because of a typhoon, tropical storm, & running ALL over Korea, I'm back at it again.  I was quite relieved that I only put back on 4 lbs.  Now the NEW goal is to hit the 230's before my PT test next month.  I'm cutting back on the running a little bit and throwing in some weight lifting this month.  I want to switch it up some what and keep my body guessing.  I'm looking forward to having a solid, hopefully fast month.

Cardio (Morning) - 35 minutes

IRON MEETS ROAD ROUTINE
(Week 1 - Sets: 1; Reps 20)
Leg Press Machine
Seated Calf Raises
Chest Press Machine
Hyper Extension
Smith Machine Vertical Raises
Lat Pulldown
Bicep Curl Machine
Tricep Pulldowns
Shoulder Press Machine
*25 Bench Crunches between each exercise*
*10 Bench V-Ups between each exercise*
Cardio (Afternoon) - 30 minutes

(Weights - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)
(Cardio - Mon - Sat) (Wed & Sat - Long run days)
