Well I got in my second workout this evening even though my laziness was screaming for me NOT to go. Anyways I got over there and knocked out my evening workout. Nothing too intense but I'm sure I'll be sore from it. I just need to stick with it and work through the soreness and I will be fine.
WEIGHTS:
Concentration Curl - 3 sets, 15 reps
Rope Cable Curl - 3 sets, 15 reps
Barbell Curl - 3 sets, 15 reps
Cable Tricep Ext. w/ Rope - 3 sets, 15 reps
Single Bench Dip - 3 sets, 10 reps
Run - 1 set, 10 minutes (I ran 10 min w/ 5 min cooldown)
STATS:
Weekly: 7.05 miles
Monthly: 12.27 miles
Yearly: 415.22 miles

Decided to start today (mon) with the exercises. I did a post to get started even though I haven't exercised today, yet. Looks like you have a nice gym. Hope you get settled into your appt. soon. Your girls are missing there daddy lots. I think things are going pretty good even with all of them missing you. You take care and know that mom and I are doing everything we can to make thing eaiser for them. love ya
