Well we are up at Suwon tonight doing some inspections. The good thing is there is a lot of Army up here so they have a pretty decent gym. It's nice to get away from Daegu for the simple fact that we get to do a little work. It seems when we are at Daegu we really don't do much of anything. I am pretty sore from lifting so I am trying to make the best of my workouts until the soreness goes away. I've had to cut my running way down because I don't have it in me to go longer until this soreness lets up. We are back to Daegu tomorrow and I don't think I will get a workout in tomorrow unless it's late. The nice thing is we are taking gym equipment that doesn't get used up here back to Daegu so we can utilize it better at the POL shop. We are taking a Life Fitness treadmill down there tomorrow. I'm pretty stoked about it. We will see how the day/night goes tomorrow with my workout. Until next time.

Keep up the good work. Your body will get use to the weight workout. I have had a problem over the years of finding a balance between running and weight lifting. I have alway loved the running to much and had the mind set that I need to get in so many miles a week. I felt like the weights were just getting in the way. When I set that goal of benching 300 pounds before I turned 60 then the running got in the way. I gained wieght and alot of muscle because I wasn't running like I should have. By the way I did get 315 bench before 60. So goals are good.. Obsessions with running I don't know. Just Run. love ya
