Well I am back at it once again after the soreness has finally went away (somewhat). Well I can move and it doesn't feel like I'm falling off a cliff every time I step off a curb. I got in a short run today after we arrived at Gwangju. I also got in some legs after my run. I am looking into starting a program I found off of Bodybuilding.com the first week of July. It goes for 12 weeks and I am going to see what I can do with it.
WEIGHTS & CARDIO:
Cardio - 2.26 miles
Seated Calf Raises - 3 sets, 12 reps
Weighted Lunges - 3 sets, 10 reps
Body Weight Calf Raises - 3 sets, 15 reps
Squat Machine - 3 sets, 10 reps
STATS:
Weekly: 2.26 miles
Monthly: 20.04 miles
Yearly: 422.99 miles
Weight: N/A (No Scale)
