Well the traveling finally caught up with me and I am getting a cold. It sucks but there's nothing I can do about it so I won't complain about it. We are headed up to Suwon tomorrow and I hope they have a decent gym up there so I can continue on. Since it was a leg day today I didn't run this morning. I went ahead and did 30 minutes of cardio after I lifted. Maybe when I get in the swing of things and my body feels used to lifting a little more I will go ahead and run in the morning again. But for now, I will only run after my lower body workouts (Tuesday and Thursday).
WEIGHTS:
Body Weight Calf Raises - 3 sets, 15 reps
Seated Calf Raises - 3 sets, 15 reps
Barbell Lunges - 3 sets, 12 reps
Barbell Squats - 3 sets, 10 reps
Leg Extensions - 3 sets, 10 reps
Cardio - 1 set (30 minutes w/ 5 minutes cool down)

Weekly: 7.7 miles
Monthly: 14.92 miles
Yearly: 417.87 miles
Weight: 266 lbs.

I need to lift because I have lost so much muscle and strength. I think even Evie could take me right now. I picked her up the other day when she went bare footed to the mail box and it about killed me. But, I have to take it one thing at a time. I have a tendency to over do things. Your doing great. Your sure getting to see the world. Keep up the workouts. love ya
