Totals for 7 Jul 2010
Well today was a pretty good day. It seemed to work out pretty good this morning lifting. I think I will stay with it and see how it goes. I think the harder days will be my days off because I will have to go when I wake up and not screw around the house and talk myself out of going. That will be the key. It's easy to go after work because I am already close to the gym and awake. We will see how it goes. My sets went up to two sets of 15 reps. I had to cut back on some of my weight to get through the exercises but it feels pretty good so far. Not a lot of soreness yet. I hope that since I am going at it pretty regular that the soreness will stay away. I rode to work and I went for 5.76 miles and I burned 699 calories. I also ran tonight for 6.26 miles and I burned 1,265 calories. So you could say it was a pretty good fitness day for me. I just need to make this a habit and life will be good. Until next time...

I hope your plan works out for you. I am going for a bike ride tonight. Hopefully that will get me started again after my week off. They say rest is good for you. I say rest makes you fat and hatefull. Mom says I have been an ornery SOB the last while and I need to exercise. I agree with her.
