Running Totals for 10 Aug 10

Well I can't seem to get motivated to string together some workouts so I guess I will try again and see what happens. No mileage goals or anything of that sort just trying to get to the gym 6 days a week from here on out. Just get over there and do something. My main focus will be running but even if I get over there and just walk on the treadmill to get my heart rate up will be better than nothing. I just want to work on being consistent right now and once I have made working out a habit again then I will set some obtainable goals. I ran 6.37 miles today and I burned 1,342 treadmill calories. My starting weight is 274 lbs. I hope I can work on that number and start to get to where I need to be before I PT test again in either December before I deploy (if I deploy this time) or by January 2011 when my 6 month PT test comes due. The main thing is starting now so it is not a problem in four to five months. CONSISTENCY!! Until next time...

Feeling a little better today, but will not exercise, stomach still a bit unsettled. I do feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We need to be consistent even if it is a short workout. Type of workout doesn't matter as long a we get one in. Be consistent. love ya dad
