Running Totals for 24 Sep 09

Ok, now that my sciatic nerve has went on vacation and I don't walk around like an old man I better get my runs in while I can. I am a little bit behind the power curve so I have a lot to ground to cover so to speak. I need to buckle down and get running and lose the weight I have put on again. But now I have my head screwed back on once again and it is time to get back to work. Tonight I ran 7.05 miles, burned 1348 calories, and I ran for 73 minutes. I don't need to look back at what I haven't did in the time that I've been home, I just need to look forward and see what I can accomplish from this day forward. Until next time...

I am glad that you are back. I hope you did not get the sciatic problem from me. I have had that for so long it is hard to remember when I didn't have it. Mine is on the right lower back, hip and runs down the leg. I am glad yours is ok for now. They have a really good stretch for it, which I usually don't do, that really works well. I will try and find a web site which shows it and send it if you want. I didn't get much running in this week. Monday I ran 7 miles then I started getting a sore throat and sinus problems. This afternoon is the first time I have felt like running since. I got in 3 miles today. If I feel better tomorrow I will try and get in my last long run before Goblin Valley taper starts.
