Friday Night Run...

I didn't get a run in this morning because my Squadron Commander Lt. Col. Robert Henderson gave me the day off.  He was at my NCOA graduation last night (he was pretty hammered by the way, telling inappropriate stories, BUT what are you going to do, he's the Commander!  LoL) and told my boss that he was giving me the day off on Friday.  So there's no arguing with the Commander, especially when he wants to give me the day off!  So I had my TMO (housing) appointment this morning to get my shipping dates squared away for both Las Vegas and Korea.  So I am all set in that department (I hope), but you never know, what the military will pull out of its hat.  I will keep my fingers crossed.  I went into work for a little while but I'll deal with that head ache on Tuesday when I go back to work.

During my run tonight I was feeling pretty good so I picked up the pace a little bit.  It felt pretty good and the weather was a little cool but it felt great.  So no complaints from me tonight about my run.  Why does that seem like a first in a loooong time.  I got in 5.6 miles tonight and I am shooting for that elusive Saturday run tomorrow.  I need to stay consistent and strong through the 24th...  AND BEYOND!  I want 240 lbs to be my "fat" weight or my personal weight ceiling so to speak.  That is what I am working towards.  CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY, CONSISTENCY!!!

STATS:
Weekly: 19.35 miles
Monthly: 19.35 miles
Yearly: 314.98 miles
Weight: 254.6 lbs.  (Come on 250!!!)

*ONLY 17 DAYS UNTIL MY PT TEST*
