Weigh In & running totals for 27 Sep 2010
Tonight I weighed in at 271.5 lbs so at least I am not starting completely over. I got in 5.5 miles today and that took about everything I had in me to get that in. I am still pretty sore from playing volleyball on Saturday. We will see if I can stay on track this week and get into the 260's to start off October. And I hope to kick off losing 10 lbs. a month from here on out. I want to run the Okinawa Marathon in February and towards the middle of October should be 18 weeks out from that marathon. I will have to train hard because it is quite hilly for my first one. So we will see what happens. Regardless I have another PT test coming up in January so no time like the present to start training for that. Until next time...

Looks like you got in a good run. I like reading you guys blogs. It keeps me motivated and I sure need it. Keep up the workouts. love ya dad
